What is OPERAScale?

It’s the harmonization of the yin and yang of modern business. The intuitive with the analytical. The qualitative with the quantitative. The human with the measurable.

OPERA is an acronym that represents the five-layers of data humans use to make decisions. It helps businesses clarify their vision, align internal operations, and scale effectively by integrating qualitative insights, first principles thinking, and a structured methodology to unlock their unique value.

Most consultants only focus on the surface level elements of this framework. Their definitions are narrow—"Outcome" is often a shallow performance target, and "Analytics" is strictly numbers. That's not enough. Not anymore.

Laxmi is the Founder and President of OPERAScale.

I help founders and business leaders rediscover the spark that led them to start their venture — and then build from that place of clarity.

This isn’t just about business plans or strategy decks — it’s about aligning the internal with the external. I help leaders connect their personal story, values, and lived experiences to their company’s vision and operations. Together, we uncover the emotional drivers behind the work, identify blind spots, and co-create a growth strategy that feels as natural as it is effective.

I’ve worked with everyone from solo entrepreneurs, startups to C-suite teams, helping them move from confusion or stagnation to momentum and resonance — all by returning to the original “aha” that started it all.
